You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This refund is unconditional, meaning you do not need to provide a reason.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through spanishwithpaul.com, including:

• One (1) year of course access and any paid renewals of access

3) No Automatic Renewals

Your purchase provides one year of access from the date of purchase. There are no automatic renewals. Access simply expires at the end of the one-year access period unless you choose to purchase a renewal.

• The email address used at checkout

• Your order number (if available)

5) Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6) Access After a Refund

If a refund is issued, course access may be disabled after the refund is processed.
